ZEPIC, a customer experience (CX) startup based in Delaware and Chennai, has secured $2.1 million in pre-seed funding. The round was led by Neon Fund, with additional investments from angel investors holding senior positions at tech giants like Apple, Chargebee, Freshworks, Microsoft, and Zoho.

ZEPIC plans to utilize the newly acquired capital to strengthen its artificial intelligence (AI) offerings and expand its market reach in the United States and other international territories. Founded in 2023 by Naveen Venkatesan, Bharathi Kannan Ravikumar, Sunil Kumar, and Sreelesh Pillai, ZEPIC focuses on empowering businesses to enhance customer engagement through hyper-personalization.
