Her expertise spans diverse areas, encompassing cross-border M&A transactions, venture capital investments, and offering strategic counsel to startups operating in sectors such as technology, retail, FMCG, logistics, distressed assets, and infrastructure.

Recent reports have indicated Venture Catalysts’ intention to conclude funding for VC Grid later this year, aiming for a total corpus of approximately Rs 900 crore (around $110 million). The syndicate is actively seeking to broaden its network of limited partners, having already enlisted 32 family offices, with plans to escalate this figure to 100 by year-end.

 

This expansion forms part of a comprehensive strategy to consolidate VC Grid’s standing as a premier player in the venture capital arena, extending significant support and resources to burgeoning startups throughout India.
