Indian eldercare leader Emoha and Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co. Limited (ABHICL) have joined hands in a strategic partnership. This collaboration aims to expand access to personalized senior care solutions for a wider range of individuals.

Filling the Gap for Senior Healthcare

This partnership addresses a critical gap in traditional group health insurance plans. These plans typically cover employees, their spouses, and children, but often exclude the employee’s parents. Emoha bridges this gap by ensuring comprehensive healthcare coverage for senior parents as well.

Holistic Care for Seniors, Peace of Mind for Families

The partnership goes beyond just medical coverage. It ensures that seniors receive personalized care plans that address their emotional, physical, and financial well-being. This holistic approach empowers seniors to live independently with dignity, while also providing peace of mind for working families. They can focus on their careers and personal lives without constantly worrying about their aging loved ones.

Leaders laud the Collaboration

Soumyajit Roy, Emoha’s Co-Founder and CEO, highlighted the significance of the partnership. He believes it will allow Emoha to significantly expand its reach and offerings, ultimately ensuring holistic care for a wider senior population across India.

Mayank Bathwal, CEO of ABHICL, echoed Roy’s sentiment. He emphasized that combining Emoha’s personalized care model with ABHICL’s comprehensive health insurance solutions will significantly elevate the standard of elder care and provide holistic coverage for entire families.

Reaching New Milestones in Senior Care

Emoha has set an ambitious goal of serving 2 million elders in 2024. They focus on providing comprehensive in-home and doorstep services that empower seniors to maintain their independence and live with dignity.

Since its inception in 2019, Emoha’s community-centric and technology-driven approach has already impacted the lives of over 60,000 seniors across 120 Indian cities. This new partnership promises to significantly expand their reach and revolutionize senior care in India.
