Led by Prath Ventures, this investment marks the third successful deployment from their inaugural fund. The round also attracted participation from prominent investors like Anicut Capital, Blume Founders Fund, and a select group of angel investors.

This fresh capital injection will empower Assembly to execute its ambitious plans. The brand has earmarked the funds for strategic investments across various areas. These include expanding their product portfolio, bolstering marketing and branding efforts, and fortifying its product development and operational teams.

Capitalizing on the Travel Boom

Saptarishi Sen, Vice President of Prath Ventures, highlighted the surge in domestic and international travel as a key driver behind their investment decision. This upswing has created a significant opportunity within the travel goods sector.
