Tredence, a firm specializing in data science and AI solutions, has named Munjay Singh as its Chief Operating Officer.

Professional Background

Singh brings extensive experience from his leadership roles at notable technology consulting and product companies, where he led efforts to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience across various market sectors. In his new position, he will offer the strategic vision, leadership, and operational acumen needed to accelerate Tredence’s growth strategies, both organically and through acquisitions.

 

Career Trajectory

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (Varanasi), Singh has served in prominent positions at Infosys, including a tenure from May 2001 to January 2013 and another from April 2019 to 2024 as Senior Vice President. Prior to this, he held the role of Chief Executive Officer at AXISCADES. Additionally, Singh has had stints at Persistent Systems, Tata Steel, Tisco, Kanbay, and s3c.

Strategic Appointment

Singh’s appointment coincides with a significant period of growth for the company, marked by substantial funding from private equity firms, expansion into new regions and industries, the introduction of the ATOM.AI ecosystem, and the launch of the Gen AI-as-a-service platform. Tredence has experienced exponential growth since 2020, achieving a notable 40% growth in 2023 alone.
