LogicLadder, a climate-tech software-as-a-service (SaaS) company based in Gurugram, India, has secured $2.5 million in its Series A funding round. The round was led by BIG Capital, a Singapore and Vietnam-based investment firm, and Rainmatter, the venture capital arm of Indian brokerage Zerodha. Existing investors, including ONGC, Shell, and IIM Lucknow EIC, also participated in the round.

LogicLadder plans to utilize the fresh capital to expand its market presence in South Asia and North America. The company aims to leverage its established customer base and industry expertise to become a leading provider of sustainability management solutions in these regions.
