GobbleCube Secures $1.9 Million Seed Funding to Empower CPG Brands in E-commerce

GobbleCube, a brand analytics platform founded by veterans of the fast-paced delivery industry, has secured $1.9 million in its initial funding round. The round was led by Kae Capital, a venture capital firm specializing in early-stage investments.

Addressing Data Challenges in E-commerce for CPG Brands

The funding will allow GobbleCube, based in Gurugram, India, to enhance its technology infrastructure and refine its market entry strategy. Initially, they will focus on India, Southeast Asia, and the United States.

“For brands, managing data across numerous online platforms is a significant hurdle,” explained Manas Gupta, co-founder and CEO of GobbleCube, in an interview. “Our primary goal in creating GobbleCube was to offer a solution for this challenge, considering the limited data available to brands.”

Specializing in Revenue Management for CPG Brands

GobbleCube, led by Gupta along with co-founders Srikumar Nair and Nitesh Jindal, all with prior experience at a leading quick-commerce company, specializes in assisting Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands in managing revenue. Their platform automates data collection and streamlines decision-making processes within the e-commerce landscape.

“The e-commerce market continues to expand rapidly, prompting brands to explore various platforms to reach consumers,” said Gaurav Chaturvedi, a partner at Kae Capital. “This creates a growing layer of complexity for them to navigate. At Kae Capital, we recognize this as a major pain point, and the GobbleCube team possesses the necessary experience and expertise in e-commerce, CPG, and technology to address this issue.”

Kae Capital has a history of supporting promising startups, including Zetwerk, Porter, Nazara Technologies, and HealthKart. The firm recently announced the closing of their Winners Fund II, raising ₹410 crore from a prestigious group of investors.
