Priyanka Chopra’s Family Rents Out Pune Bungalow

Priyanka Chopra, though now a resident of the US, still holds onto a piece of India through her family’s real estate holdings. Among these properties is a luxurious bungalow in Pune’s affluent Koregaon Park. Recent reports reveal that Chopra’s mother, Madhu Chopra, and brother, Siddharth Chopra, have rented out this property.

Rental Agreement Details Emerge

As per a Hindustan Times report, the Pune cottage has been rented to The Metropolitan Wanderers People group Private Restricted. The agreement details a security deposit of approximately Rs 6 lakh and a monthly rent of Rs 2.06 lakh. Documents accessed by Zapkey reveal a sprawling property of approximately 3754 square feet. This includes a built-up area of 2180 square feet, a sizable garden of 2232 square feet, and a basement encompassing 950 square feet. Additionally, the property boasts a dedicated parking space.

Prime Location in Pune

The lease agreement, a Leave and License agreement, is between Madhu Chopra, Siddharth Chopra, and the co-living and co-working firm. The bungalow is situated in Koregaon Park, one of Pune’s most prestigious neighborhoods.

Priyanka Chopra’s Recent India Visit

While the bungalow is now on rent, Priyanka Chopra herself recently visited India. She celebrated Holi with her family, including daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas and husband Nick Jonas. Photos captured her enjoying the festival with relatives like Mannara Chopra and Madhu Chopra. She also attended Mannara Chopra’s birthday bash during her stay.

Upcoming Projects Keep Chopra Busy

On the professional front, Priyanka Chopra has a packed schedule. She’s currently filming “Head of State,” which boasts a star-studded cast including Edris Elba and John Cena.
