Sterlite Power Delegates Reshu Madan as Chief of Worldwide Items and Administrations Business
Sterlite Power, a leading player in global power transmission development, has announced the appointment of Reshu Madan as the new CEO of its Global Products & Services (GPS) business.
Ensuring a Smooth Handover
Madan will succeed Manish Agarwal, who is departing Sterlite Power to pursue a new opportunity. To ensure a seamless transition, Madan will work closely with Agarwal before officially assuming his new role on May 1st, 2024. He will report directly to Pratik Agarwal, Managing Director of Sterlite Power.

A Seasoned Industry Leader Takes the Helm
Madan brings over 25 years of experience in leadership positions across the power and infrastructure sectors. During his five-year tenure at Sterlite Power, he has been instrumental in driving the growth of the company’s power cables vertical. As Director of Commercial & HVDC, he played a key role in spearheading crucial strategic initiatives, including securing the company’s first Statcom project in the infrastructure segment.
Prior to joining Sterlite Power, Madan held leadership positions at prominent companies like Crompton Greaves and TBEA Energy. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree from Pune University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IMT Ghaziabad.
