MyGate, a leading community management platform, has announced a strategic leadership restructuring. Abhishek Kumar, previously the Chief Operating Officer (COO), has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Co-founder Vijay Arisetty will step into the role of Chairman of the Board, providing strategic guidance and mentorship.

Shifting Responsibilities for Continued Innovation

Shreyans Daga, co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), will take on an expanded role. In addition to his existing duties, Daga will now oversee product development, technology advancements, and the exploration of new business opportunities.

Celebrating Achievements and Looking Forward

Commenting on the transition, Arisetty expressed pride in MyGate’s success and praised Kumar’s leadership. He highlighted Kumar’s focus on employee well-being and efficient execution as key factors in the company’s growth.

Building a Strong Future with Internal Talent

The leadership changes demonstrate MyGate’s commitment to nurturing internal talent. Rohit Jindal, previously serving as the business head, was recently promoted to Chief Business Officer (CBO) in October 2023. Jindal’s extensive experience will be instrumental in his new role.

Financial Strength Fuels Growth

MyGate reported robust financial performance, exceeding Rs 100 crore in revenue for the 2023-2024 fiscal year. This represents a significant growth of approximately 30% compared to the previous year. The company attributes this progress to a combination of subscriptions from Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) and strategic advertising partnerships.

Positioned for Continued Success

With a strong financial foundation and a proven leadership team, MyGate is well-positioned for the next phase of growth. Through its network of RWAs and advertising collaborations, the company currently serves over 4 million families across India.
