Celcius Logistics, a prominent Indian company specializing in comprehensive cold chain solutions, has secured Rs 40 crore (approximately $4.8 million) in a pre-Series B funding round. This investment round was led by IvyCap Ventures, a returning investor who also spearheaded Celcius Logistics’ Series A funding round of Rs 100 crore in April 2023. Joining IvyCap Ventures in this round were Mumbai Angels and Caret Capital.

Funds to Bolster Infrastructure and Geographic Reach

The newly acquired capital will be strategically deployed to enhance Celcius Logistics’ transportation management system (TMS) and warehouse management system (WMS), ultimately fortifying their cold storage solutions. Additionally, the company aims to significantly expand its presence by reaching over 500 cities within the next year. This strategic growth will empower manufacturers to streamline the distribution of their perishable goods across the country.
